Get paid
Payouts are a prerequisite, not a finishing touch — checkout refuses without them.
1
Connect payouts before anything can be bought
This is the order that surprises people. Until a Stripe account is connected to your storefront, checkout refuses the purchase outright: a 409 carrying the code payouts_not_ready, with no Stripe session created at all. The platform will not take a fan's money on your behalf and settle up later. Buyers can see your items and cannot check out.
2
How connecting works
The Payouts section of your dashboard hands you to Stripe to verify your details. It is a standard Stripe Connect account in your own name and XRaydium never holds the money — each sale settles into your own Stripe balance on Stripe's normal schedule. On a deployment where onboarding is not switched on yet, that section says so plainly instead of pretending.
3
Two different addresses get emailed
When a sale happens the buyer's receipt goes to the address they typed into Stripe checkout. The alert telling you a sale happened goes to the email bound to your storefront — the one from the claim form. A storefront with no bound address gets no alert, ever, which is the second reason that field is required.
4
Know the refund terms before your first sale
Refunds and withdrawal rights are set out at /refunds, linked from the footer of every page. Read how a refund is handled before you list, not after someone asks for one. What you charge and what you sell are yours to decide; the terms you are agreeing to are written down.
